See the comments in Atzlan; Ares and Sader Krupp and one more
(Azzies i think) have a fair number, many more decent sized corps
have a 'token assortment'.
It could therefore be assumed many countries have them. I think the
present rating is the 5 that fully admit it, there might still be
some NATO ones in Germany, a couple more countries certainly have
nukes and many developed countries could if they could forsee any use
for them.
Delivery systems get more interesting but them the V2 and atomic bomb
both existed in 1945! thankfully in the hands of different folks but.
Anything with a range over 100's of miles however starts needing more
support. But they recon the prize for the first satellite launched by
'amatures' will be claimed within a reasonable number of years!
Still nothing beats the 'could you deliver this box to ..... please'
to some runners without bothering to tell them whats inside system.
