Greetings,

I'm interested in doing a couple of things for/with the NAGTTW

1) When it's all done, linking to the major sections from my Sixth
World site
(http://pobox.com/~wordman/sixthworld).

2) Writing up a detailed entry for the Awakened nations in Siberia.

3) Taking the finished product and creating a PDF version. Web sites
are great, but some people (like me, for instance), like good
fonts and hard copy much better.

Let me know what you think.

It won't be in HTML (see my reply to point 3) unless someone converts it
to that, so adding hyperlinks would be a bit difficult. Apart from that,
maybe we could try and integrate what you have on your page with what
we've got for the NAGTTW so far.

That would be good, all we have so far is Erik's write-up, and a full
article that goes into more detail is always welcome.

You're not alone there, which is why it'll come out in RTF format like all
the other NERPS files, which should be easy enough to convert to PDF. I
wish I could do it myself, though (Fro, keep that 70 MB to yourself! :) I
don't plan on doing an HTML in any way; the articles on Paolo's page are
there to help people add comments, though I don't really like it myself.

OK. Then at the very least, I can set up a link to the RTF download
point
from the main "world" page.

Making PDF is pretty easy, but I've had a rough time with things (like
the
Plastic Warriors stuff) that do not use PostScript fonts. Generating the
files is reasonably simple, but they look like hell. What platform will
be
used to generate the original RTF file, and what fonts will be used?
Some
early descisions on this could help a lot for the PDF version.
Otherwise,
I may need to use some font substitutions and so on, which is generally
a huge pain.
