My Siberia article was seriously undermined by Target: Smuggler's Havens and
Blood in the Boardroom, and will need to be almost entirely rewritten.

That's okay, I want my Netherlands article to be in the book too, but
seriosuly need to finish it (that realization this afternoon made me more
or less double the size of the article over the past 3 1/2 hours. It's
gone up to "half-finished" status now :)

I'd like to have your Siberia article in the NAGTTW, so I hope you can do
a re-write in the near future (not necessarily in the next week, though :)
If you can't for whatever reason, please let us know.
