A short little article outlining an adept power I gave one of my NPCs, based
on something from a novel I've mostly given up writing, which is further
based on the ability exhibited by Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck to produce from
their pocket nearly anything they could possibly need at any given time.
The adept power has limits, however, where the cartoons don't.
