If you're talking about the system that shot the gun into the persons hand,
I believe the concensous on the ShadowRN mailing list could be summed up in
two words: "Utter" and "Bullshit". However, I haven't read the book
myself.

Why do you say that? I think it is feasible.

Read what I wrote.

I stated what I believed the majority of people from another mailing list
thought, and then went on to say I had not read the book myself.

Hi

I'm in the lucky position of having read the book.
In fact I'm not realy sure how it works.
I suspect it is is high-power battery with kind of a atrificial arm or
tentacle that is link somehow with the user (perhaps via a datajack,
can't remember in the moment. If the user wishes this "tentacle" drwas
the gun for him und puts it into his hand. Kind of cyber-quick-draw if
you ask me (he I know you won't :-).

I'd say it allows you to draw/put away /change the hand a pistol-size
weapon with a Free Action instead of a Simple Action. Therefore all the
other guys are so impressed. "Hey nobody could be so fast!!!"
IMHO it could work, guess we'll find it in the next FASA equipment book,
als always (remember the Barett, or the Delta-ware, very often thing
apear in novels an reapear in the books, sooner or later, sometimes vice
versa)

Some stats (pure speculation)

typ weight price index avail legal
VR2 3 kg 20.000 4 12/ 1 Month ???

my very personal interpretation.Don't flame me for this, pleaaaase!!

BTW it was nice to hear something form you. Hope to do again.

CU an happy easter, rembember don't pull anything form eggs you don't
know.
