Has the underwater thread been stopped, or are we allowed to still comment
on it? I would like to address an issue that I feel was missed.

The underwater thread was part of the whole NAGTTW project
(I think there's 4-5 of us who are contributing something
from under the ocean). It hasn't "stopped" per say. Just
gone quiet untill someone submits something for criticism.
So yes, feel free to comment on it :)

Don't include things from articles in other books (from the net or
otherwise); refer to them instead, for example "More underwater drones
are in the NAGEE, issue 6." This prevents giving people information
twice, and also avoids copyright questions -- I wouldn't make a fuss if
you were to include a spell I designed in your article (though I'd rather
you make a reference to it instead) but will Goldcross@***.com do the
same thing if you add his drones to your NERPS article? (I don't know who
this Goldcross is, for all I know he's on the list here and now.)
