binoculars. And, as an added bonus, SpyShades can function as a mini-
camcorder, storing footage in either headware memory or, when connected
to the SpySuit, store the footage in memory hidden in a secret pocket.
The concealability rating is used for both noticing that the SpyShades

Quiet Rounds

Designed with the killer that needs secrecy in mind, these rounds
utilize a new kind of explosive, replacing the gunpowder in the casing
with a low-retort, high-energy potential hydrocarbon. The effect is
astounding to any that know their business, reducing the normal
discharge to a heavy sounding thud. Apply a +1 to all audial perception
tests to detect that the weapon was fired.

Now available in SuperQuiet Rounds!

Reworked and redesigned, these SuperQuiet bullets are even more silent
than their conventional counterparts! The replacement of the gunpowder
does negatively effect the power of the weapon in question in multiple
ways: first, reduce the power by one and secondly, apply a +1 to all
target numbers at long range and a +2 to all target numbers at extreme
range. Apply a +2 modifier to all audial perception tests to detect that
the weapon was fired.

Using the same technology used in cybernetic muscle replacement the

Does anyone have stas for a normal (not mono-fil) whip? The standard

smartlinked version also increases th power rating of a ship strike by 1
and decreases the TN by 1.

OK, you've lengthened your sleep cycle. Instead of being awake for 16
hours and sleeping 8 you are awake for 48 and then sleep for 16 hours
straight. not the best trade off.

This is more reasonable/useful, but you'd better not be woken up too soon
or you get very little benefit from the sleep you did manage to get. On
the other hand it could be that when you are in this maximized sleep
nothing short of a land-mine under your bed is going to wake you up.

It IS a nice trade off, in some situations. First, you save on the
time you spend trying to fall asleep (one hour minimum, in my case).
Second, you can operate for 48 hours straight. You have to sleep
afterwards, but if you finish the op earlier... ;>

Hell, for the last half year I was operating on a 48 hours workday,
because I liked it more. 16 hours sleep, 26 hours work.
Unfortunately, I'm moving to another city and starting studies, so
I'll have to switch back. Eurgh.

I say...

I have never heard of an op that is guarenteed to be finished just as you
are getting tired. I would say that the less sleep, the better. No matter
how long you stay awake, sleeping 16 hours in the middle of an op means you
are no longer ON that op.

I say...

working in the security business, I have some knowledge of loooong hours. To
be at your best you sleep when you can, where you can, as long as you can.
The better your physical and mental condition, the better the sleep is in
quality and the more rested you feel.

The sleep maximiser, however, is an A grade piece of work. Would the sleeper
be in a much deeper state of sleep? Would the body need specail nutrients or
chemicals to repair and recuperate this fast?
