Doesn't Paolo have an HTML version on his page (I haven't checked, but he
kept asking me to finish editing it so he could start work on turning it
into HTML). No Windows Write, I'm afraid, as no prog I use seems able to
output to that format. Text format could be possible, but it's quite a lot
of work as basically almost all the editing has to be done all over again.
