In a moment, I'll post parts A and B of the NERPS FAQ, and if all goes
well, the list should be reset shortly after.

Part A has information on how to subscribe, while part B will explain the
current projects and how to submit articles for them.

What I'm asking, though, is that you only subscribe to the NERPS list if
you plan on actively contributing to either NERPS: Stuff or NERPS:
Organizations (either in the form of articles, or to comment on them). If
you don't think you'll be posting to NERPS at all, or very infrequently, I
ask that you do not re-subscribe, and instead wait for the books to come
out. Thanks.
