Can sombody take a few minutes to regroup and recap about what we have to

Well, we have to go through everything still. We have a lot of
idea out there that people like, but we haven't all agreed on it, or
voted or whatever. We've got the skills. We've got the categories (with
the exception of the heavily debated CyberPsionics). We've got a few
theories of how Psionics works. We've got Karma and Tech Costs. We
don't have drain (which should probably be brought pup as it is rather
important). We don't have the powers (although we do have general
ideas). I can't think of anything else we haven't touched upon, other
than Initiation (the abilties and geasa and such).

Just theories...I don't really like 'em myself, but I wanted to
do some research to see what kind of precedents there are.

Yes, we do! Should I re-post "FRODO LIVES!" tomorrow?

We need the system down pat before we can come up with good
numbers for the powers; really not worth the time if they're all going to
have to be re-written.

Got a few idears on that and on Adepts, but we're saving them
until the main system is down.

Not neccessary old chap. I meant that we didn't have much
feedback on it, and thus not enough agreement or disagreement to
constitute it being done.

Something we seem to have missed is a place for the PSIs to study.
This isn't a large oversight and can be remidied by a simple
statement...
PSIs that wish to learn new disciplines must have a STUDY, each study
costing as much as a hermetic library or shamanic lodge, don't have my
book with me or I'd blend and post cost. (I'll make a note to do that
this afternoon)
Studies offer a confine away from the world allowing the PSI to find
on his/her inner-self. The PSI will meditate or do whatever it is we
decide they need to do.

Will,
Trying to be as comprehensive as possible

That's easy.

Small room, lots of flowers on the wall, must be wearing hippie
clothes.

Simple.

Why do psis have to have this 'study', just because shamans and mages
have its equivalent? Psis are not mages, and they surely dont need every litle
thing mages do to use/learn to use their powers.

I'm not sure what the big deal is about drain. You put a drain code into
each power much like a spell and run with it. The only discussions we
really need are on individual drains when the powers get proposed, and
that is a ways off first.
