Europe will be next. Then probably South America, because it's pretty
simple (Amazonia takes up most of it). Then Africa, then the Mid East.
These last two I'm not too sure about the borders. Thoughts?

Also, I'm going to create a Shockwave Flash version of the Sixth World,
once I get a world map going. This will be zoomable and so on. I haven't
delved deeply into what Flash can do, but I'm hoping it can do
selectable layers. If it can, I could eventually have layers for a whole
bunch of stuff: popuplation, topography, industry, etc. I'm using
FreeHand to generate these files, and it _can_ do layers, but I'm not
sure if Flash lets a user select them.

The other beauty of Flash is that its vector based, so detail is left to
the user, not the person converting them to gif files.

If the world map is a big problem for people, I could look at it first,
before finishing my Siberia thing. (P.S. to Gurth: would you add me to
the next "Authors & Articles" list, please?)

Sure thing. As the author of a Siberia piece, or also as NERPS Map Person?
;)
