Well, my view is that it's up to the author of any article you're
commenting on to use or disregard those comments; it's not my article so
I'm not going to add stuff to the text (except corrected spelling and
similar things).
For example, say that Bull and Tinner post their Cleveland article, and
David posts some decker comments for it. It's then up to Tinner or Bull to
add in those comments David's made and re-post their article to the list.
