It's in Part II of the NERPS mailing list FAQ. The way that FAQ
works is, as soon as I (with my own, physical eyes) see the message from
HEARN saying that you've subscribed, I send you one. You should have
received it not long before getting this message.
If at all possible, I'll automate this as soon as the admins
around here get Procmail working.
