And why would that stop spoofing?

I agree. Also kind of wimpy to hide behind fake email too. If I had a
gripe, I wouldn't be a little kid about it like the other person
obviously did.

Pretty Good Privacy. A killer freeware encryption utility that also has
the dual purpose of really pissing off the authorities that would like to
be able to read your mail. :-)

Becuase you can check the message with PGP to be sure that the message
was definitely sent by the person whos signature is at the bottom,
because PGP generates a unique signature for any message that is signed,
so somone couldn't just paste an old signature from another message in.
