The most I've really seen FASA-wise was in the novel Find You Own Truth,
the third in the Secrets of Power Trilogy.

And that much was pretty bare and scant...... The mana-storms are good,
but I'm not sure how much about Ayres Rock (Uluru) to include in the
books..... I've seen Uluru, and it's big... very big. But I have problems
imagining why you'd want to abseil down the face of the rock to get to a
cave; Most of the caves in the rock are very shallow, and close to the base.
Also, the legends around the rock have to do with a snake (the rainbow
serpent If my memory is correct), not a spider

One thing to include in the Aussie section would be road
trains......
