According to the official rules in the FAQ, as laid down by our
Fearless Leader long ago, you have to revoke and re-send. However, since
I'm taking submissions manually right now (haven't had time to play with
the mail processors I've got sitting in my account), I can handle it if,
on the same line as the eight dashes, you place the word "REVISED" and a
unique number (the first would be REVISED 1, the second REVISED 2, the
eighteenth REVISED 18, and so forth.)
I'll be sure to let everybody know once I have the mail
processor(s) working, because it'll probably require strict Subject:
header guidelines for submissions.
