Character:
Gai
-02
--------
He stands about 1.8 meters tall with a heavy build. Black hair falls
onto his shoulders. His piercing blue eyes are noticeable on someone of
obviously Asian background. If asked he acknowledges his mixed parentage
but gives no details. He is an incredibly adept fighter with an interest
in gadgetry. Often his money is spent financing the purchase of some new
ultra-tech toy that was just heisted from an R & D lab.

Well, it *would* have been MIME, except that the brain-dead mailer
at HEARN stripped off the "MIME-Version" header. (Along with
"Message-ID" and anything else it deems "useless"....)

(BTW, does this message have a MIME-Version header? It should....)

Any chance of moving this onto a real Internet node, maybe one
running Majordomo instead of Listserv?

The MIME encodeing is my fault. Somehow I read something in as binary
and it confused my mailer. HEARN did what it wa supposed to do.

Beats me, I know jack shit about pine.

HEARN _IS_ a real internet node. Nerps mail is sent to:
NERPS@*****.NIC.SURFNET.NL, which is as internet compliant as I can think of.
