I whole heartedly agree with this idea. Especially the Astral
projection.

I am in favor of allowing Mage/Psi's. I admit munchcins could
appear (probably will), but it's part of the game. Even the
present system can produce munchcins (SHOCK).

I have been considering making up a system for psionics for my
games, but I had never found the time. I, basically, play mages
right now, but I prefer to play chars where they are not dependent
on outside sources for thier abilities. Mages come close, but Psis
are perfect.

I think the Psi Pool should be determined more by the char's
natural abilities than by his/hers training. Willpower + Mastery
grade = Psi Pool.
