Well, lesse:

We should probably have one or three "historical" PSIs, that had
power, but weren't "acknowledged" PSIs. Perhaps Hitler or Gengis
Kahn (see _The_Shadow_). (And probably a good guy.)

Then we should have one or two really kickin' "Sorcerous Adepts" be
determined to be PSIs (so we can have a known powerful PSI, for
a future "quest", if/when the PCs need to find a "trained PSI" for
something.)

Then the person who documented PSIs first, and maybe one or two
other interesting bits. (Maybe a "firestarter" or other obnoxious
child that was reponsible for a major natural disaster (and died
in the process)....)

How about a list of Psis 'in real life' and characters from popular
fiction. This would help newcomers get a better overview of the ideas that
motivated us to shape the rules the way they will be.
