According to the NERPS FAQ II, something called Foundations was supposed
to come out on 8/1/94. Will it be posted to Cerebus, or is it still being
assembled? I have been using the custom cyberware and unarmed combat
rules in my Philadelphia campaign, and have gotten good feedback from my
players on the additions. I am anxious to find some other good stuff to add.

Foundations is almost done. Two things have hampered completion; my job
and the fact that the lab keeps really weird hours on the weekends so it
is hard to get in to work on the macs.

I expect to have it done by the 22nd. It will then be available via
cerebus and vorlon.
