Here's the official skinny on it.

No.

A while back, which I was still editing NERPS and Tom Dowd was still the
SR coordinator, FASA contacted me and we talked about the status of
NERPS. Technically, it violated FASA's trademarks and copyright.
However, we dealt with what kind of languaged need to be put into the
legalese section of the future NERPS books.

As for selling hard copies, this is also bad because it is nearly
impossible to determine exact production costs and it is downright
naughty to make money off of FASA's product.

I was trying to work out a not-for-profit licensing agreement for the
NERPS books, but FASA never responded to my letters (I think partially
because of the Tom Dowd move and Nigel Findley's death) and I never
really followed up due to lack of interest.

If there is interest, I perhaps might be willing to see about trying
again to get some kind of a not-for-profit license for the books (like we
got for the Tshirts) and maybe make some printed/bound copies available.

However, with only two books, it is a lot of work, and I think the others
need to be made available as well.

So, J.D., when's SL2 coming out?

Real Soon Now[TM]. My company just got bought out by a bigger
company, which means that I'll either have more time or less time in the
next few months. However, finishing SL2 /is/ a priority.
