I bought the book "Otherworld", written by Tad Williams
(www.tadwilliams.com) today and just read the first three chapters.
I was stunned by the genuine virtual reality descriptions he delivers. I
think they combine well with the Virtual Realities sourcebook and might
give you a very good idea how the matrix will work and look like
(especially outside the drek-hot-decker community).
I might write a "matrix companion" or thelike basing on the book, but
only if I get the feeling somebody's interested.
