CONCLUSION

As with any pursuit of knowlegde, this study leaves many unanswered
questions. While the Advocate continues to follow up investigations in
Siberia, our primary focus is now elsewhere. We lack the staff to
continue to delve into Siberia as deeply as we did for this report;
however, as may be gathered from the text, we lost several good
operatives and close friends during the course of our research, many
more than is usual for such a venture.

We therefore offer the following compensation to the first person or
persons who provide us with the following information:

Proof of human slavery in Siberia
Reward: 800,000¥ in cash
Such proof must provide video documentation of an operation involving
more than 30 human slaves, the location of such an operation, and
documented details of its funding. A bonus of 25,000¥ in Fuchi stock
will be paid for each human slave delivered alive from such an
operation.

Confirmed identities of party responsible for hunting down our team in
Taymyr
Reward: 75,000¥ in Mitsuhama stock per id
Because the existence of such a party has not yet been proven to our
satisfaction, we anticipate this task will be a long shot. If
presented with such information, it will be immediately published to
Shadowland. The reward will only be given for identities not yet
uncovered.

Proof of the current political situation in Almaz
Reward: 5,000-500,000¥ in Ares stock, depending on depth
Anyone who is able to document and prove to our satisfaction a logical
theory for the current political situation in Almaz that differs from
the official one is eligible for this reward. Proof based solely on
secondary sources will not be excepted.

Proof of any involvement with the execution of the Almaz bombing
Reward: 100,000¥ in diamonds
Identities of the primary perpetrators must be provided, along with
their methods and goal.

The whereabouts of the Advocate operatives sent into Almaz
Reward: 10,000¥ in Fuchi stock per operative
To claim the award, the identity, state (living or dead) and exact
location of the operative must be known. This reward is increased by
an order of magnitude for any operative returned to the Advocate
alive.

Proof of the source of the Eifel Mountains eruptions
Reward: 50,000¥ in Saeder-Krupp stock
Proof must include documentation of either the natural or man-made
cause of the eruptions. If man-made, the organization responsible for
the eruptions and their methods must be fully documented.

Any observation leading to a method of penetrating the ograda
undetected
Reward: 1,000-200,000¥ in Ares stock, depending on usefulness
Since there seems to be no hard data on how the ograda actually works,
we cannot evaluate the pay scale of this reward. We are interested in
any first hand experience with the ograda, especially penetrations
that seemed to succeed.

Verifiable details of the Sertdlov/Mitsuhama deal
Reward: 45,000¥ in Mitsuhama stock
This reward will be doubled if such details are accompanied by a
signed, written agreement of the deal or a recorded record of the
negotiations. Details must include the identities of the Mitsuhama
negotiators and the current individual(s) at Mitsuhama to who Sertdlov
reports.

Proof of toxic shaman activity in Siberia
Reward: 5,000¥ in Aztechnology stock per major incident
This reward is doubled if the identity of the shaman is provided. Ten
times as much will be paid to anyone who provides a viable tissue
sample of a toxic shaman operating anywhere in the world.

Proof of blood magic use in Okhotsk
Reward: 5,000¥ in Aztechnology stock
Proof must include first hand trideo footage of blood magic being
used, and the identity of the user must be known.

Proof of Shiawase's involvement in resolving the Taymyr Civil War
Reward: 10,000¥ in Shiawase stock
Such proof must be a primary, either recordings of the proceedings
and/or first hand knowledge of them.
