Good, logical, easy to read timeline.

You wanted another name for the "Rule of Terror." I would
leave it that way, but phrase it like "The so-called "Rule
of Terror" lasted..." or something like that. If that was
indeed what it was/is called, leave it that way. Just add a
qualifier.
