NERPS: Lost & Found should be available in Rich Text Format (RTF) from the
Shadowrun Archive (http://www.interware.it/shadowrun/) some time after you
read this -- I've sent the file to Paolo just now, though naturally I have
no control over when he puts it up on the site.

As a reminder, Lost And Found contains three old NERPS projects that never
made it past editing before: Shadows of the Mind (psionics), ShadowLore II
(anything and everything), and DragonLore (dragons and other paranormals).

Okay, Gurth. What's the state of the Lost & Found book?

I have converted the rtf file to an Adobe Acrobat file. It is up on my
ftp site, Thor. This site is in Cambrige, MA, so may be a bit faster
for the Yanks on the list.

It's on Paolo's site, AFAIK (it must be, if Wordman turned it into PDF
already), and is therefore a finished publication -- it's downloading &
printing season again...

Arg. This doesn't happen to me, but I'm using Exchange 3.0. Could you
do me a favor? Try opening the same file with a 3.0 version of the
reader?

Oh, also, just for general information, AKAIK the second page is
intentionally blank.

It was in the version I proofed, and Gurth almost always leaves the 2nd
page blank to better facilitate doubled sided printing.

This is why I updated to 3.0 (which seems to handle it just fine).

It is. I don't like putting indices or tables of contents immediately
after the title page -- it looks so... amateuristic :)

One thing to keep in mind is that 9 out of 10 of the files I throw on the
web are intended for double-sided printing, as can often be seen by the
different headers and footers on even and odd pages. It saves half the
paper and makes reading easier, IMHO.

Well, I have no opinion about that, and I have no opinion about me...
