This could work, if it were not /just/ about riggers -- include
people form all walks of life. What do they talk about at bars (urban
legends, etc.)? What kind of tricks are passing through the rumour mill?
What kind of reponse "how's biz, chummer?" usually get?
Only problem is, these sociological things tend to vary
drastically depending on the gaming group. Some GM's will make it as dark
and bloodthirsty as possible; with others, it'll be friendler. Some may
even give up on the Cyberpunk "mood" altogether.
