Subject:	New NERPS Coordinator chosen

After reviewing the applications that were submitted for a replacement
coordinator for NERPS, I have chosen J.D. Falk <jdfalk@****.cais.com> as
the person to take over.

His job will be to basically make sure that things get done. He'll
handle organizing the projects, submissions, and final editing, as well
as workign on part II of the FAQ.

At this stage, I'll turn the reigns over to him and he and I will
coordinate specifics.

Until something changes, I will continue to handle the hardcopy version
sales as well as administrative stuff,
