HEALTH SPELL

Blind
This spell selectively affects the functioning of the optic nerves,
disrupting vision.

If the target fails to roll more successes than the caster, he will
become blind! All combat tests are at +8, and other technical skills
are similarly impaired. Other features such as Enhanced Hearing, etc.
can help the character to cope with this effect.

Note that because this spell affects the optic nerves, it will also
work on cybereyes (because they are connected to the optic nerves.)
