Ok, I have a great idea (and it stuck me like a ton of bricks at 2:30am .
. I need a life).

It seems these little snippet projects work good. In the two weeks we've
been open, we have 54k of material. Sprawls are lacking somewhat, but
plots and characters are going strong.

---------

For the next project (march, 1994)

NERPS: Wall Street
Snippets about different corporations. From your little mom-and-pop
mail-order house up to Sosueme Tech, the multi-national firm.
Once again, just enough to spur the GMs imagination.

---------

Of course, that is just on. We'd probably need at least three ideas,
perhaps four. I don't think that in the next three months, we will have
enough ideas for another rules production, but these little background
and setting things are pretty easy and I think are VERY helpful to GMs.
At least I find most of the plotlines just groovy. (I like the bud one...)

----------

Whatever the next project, it will run for about three months (probably
till about mid-May or so). Then we'll start another one again.

Comments please?

Also, post sprawls...

Some other possiblities, which could easily tie in to NERPS: Wall
Street. Tell me what you think...!

NERPS: The Virtual Soapbox
Policlubs, political or psudeo-political figures (psudeo would
include people like Rev. Al Sharpton, who as far as I know has never held
a political post but has a point of view on everything), and so forth.
Besides the policlubs, are there legitimate political parties? Who are
the factions? Are there communists trying to gain control of NAN? Of
course, many posts would be conflicting, but that's OK -- GM's can pick
and choose.

NERPS: Bars & Back Alleys
Gangs. For example, my current character is a former member of a
gang called the Anarchistic Taser Terrorists, who use electrical weapons
almost exclusively, and usually steal electronic stuff for a fixer they
know. Their name, of course, is mostly a boast -- anarchy is only a
phrase to them, and they're too scared of the California cops to do any
real terrorism.

Might work, maybe. Have to think some more.

Uh, can't that be covered by NERPS: Characters?
