Hello all,

You know, the worst part about a cold for me is that is screws up my mind.
Can't think straight when my sinuses are jammed...which is why these took a
little longer to arrive then I planned.

I'm pretty sure these are 100% finished, with any further changes coming as a
result of an inconsistency with someone else's article. That does mean that
unless you have a REALLY cool shadowcomment or something, this part is no
longer open for comment.

Also, I've formatted things so that the larger, more specific articles like
Siberia or France can be inserted into their "proper" spot in the overview
doc. Complete with an introduction from St.Stan, the sysop. Let me know if
this idea works for you.

Hopefully, everything in the following collection of files fits in with FASA
official and the other articles being submitted.
