It's much easier to set the "Offer advanced options for replies" flag
somewhere in the Options (let me see... hit Tools|Options|General Settings
and you should see it on-screen). Then open a message, press Reply, and
check the "Use custom header line" box; that brings up a dialog where you
can change the header line. If you later want to change it, uncheck the
box and then check it again. Mine says "~F said on ~T/~D..."
