I've been sick which explains my silence. Got a doctor's note if
you don't believe me =) Of course, I've also been spending all of my
time on TSC. Heh. I'm addicted. Besides, I put out Psi-Recap 3.0

Sorry. I'm in a real pissy mood. The PSi Recap 3.0 looked
something like this.

I am presently laboring over refining my previous proposal, broadening
the powers, generating nomenclature, establishing principles, and the
like. However, given the ... underwhelming ... response it received
previously, I fear 'tis all for naught.

have happened), so that we can agree on mechanics and start up with
