....this is how I would do psionics based on all the psionic feedback on
this list and shadowrn.

Insert priority table with F added.-->

Full psi can access purchased discipline, and, eventully have all
powers.

Adepts can access only one purchased discipline

Wild may use only one power within any given discipline.

At creation they purchase disciplines (Including cyberpsi) and powers with
force points from resources.

The disciplines---
Clairsentientsy
Kinisis
Telepathy
.....
....
....

They may hack there powers as described by FL previously.

MASTERY

Mastery is the psionic equivelent of initiation.
With each level the psi gains one psi rating point and available metapowers.

Karma cost= desired level + 6 x3.

Powers are handeled as spells as far as the sequence in a turn. They
have drain. And some other attributes.

Cyberware/Bioware

Cyber and bioware affects psis just like it affects mages, cept it lowers
psi rating.

Cyberpsi

powers in this discipline are equal to programs

Kinisis

Includes telekinisis, manipulation, and other powers having to do with
moving things "With yer noggin"

Clairsentiensy

Includes powers that enhance one of the five senses

Telepathy

Includes powers that affect other people minds.
