I like the idea of a study needed for Psis. It would make them
shell out some money for their power. For Spiritual types, it could be
something like a Zen Garden (costs a lot of money to own enough property
to have one set up) or for the scientific types, perhaps a library on
Psionic theories and history.

What about that Psi that finds inner peace by simply walking through the
woods or something (read, Kung Fu dude)? Perhaps that is the cost of
their Nikes?
