I just bought Paranormal Animals of Europe (and Bug City, but
you'll be hearing my thoughts on that later.) When flipping through it,
I became extremely confused about the differences between "normal"
paranormal creatures and faerie creatures.
Still, perhaps there is an explanation in there someplace. Does
anybody know if FASA has specificially /said/ whether or not Dragons (or
any specific Draco subspecies) are considered fey?

Basically, "faerie" critters have one of more of the "faerie" powers,
listed
on page 138. If they don't, they're not faeries.

Not AFAIK, but then again, it's not exactly like FASA chooses to tell me
first :)
