A Psi with this ability gets all of the abilities that a mage normally
has for Astral Perception. All penalties and effect are identical to the
magical version. Note, however, that this ability does not grant Astral
Projection.

An astrally perceiving psionicist opens himself up to astral attack the
same as a magician or shaman would.
