The Suzuki Yakuza are nothing of the sort. In '54, Akinari Matsuda, leader of
the Ronin Go-gangers, began to suffer from delusions of grandeur. Within a
year he had persuaded or forced rival Go-gangs to join him and accept him as
Oyabim, and named the clan after a twentieth century brand of bike.
With such a large gang behind him the other clans realised that they had
to tread softly until something could be done about them.
In '55 the clan ran into difficulties when they tried to force the owner of
the Mellow Miaow , to pay protection money destroying it when he refused.
As a result of this the clan has taken great punishment as irate former
punters have attacked clan assets.
