Just so I can check for myself, so far what seem to have is:

I. People
The Fixers or providers, or whatever other names you want to come up with.
The people you go to when you need something, either done or bought. This
would (hopefully) include Shawofiles on many varous fixers/mechanics/others
who deal in this sort of trade. We need to decide whether we will include
mechanics (and I'm not talkning about just a tune up, here...) and other
"specialists" who provide services <other> than fixering. i.e.
weaponsmiths, vehicle modifiers, etc. This could cover <quite> a range, and
even include people like assasins.
The lower level corps, the ones owned and operated by those five guys in
the back of the wherehouse, etc. Details on some of the smaller corps, that
make the Big City <really> tick. In many cases, the Fixers and these
smaller corps are one in the same...
The gangs. Profiles and information on the gangs that inhabit, and in
many cases own, parts of the city. Who they are and how they fit in with
the rest of the city, legal and otherwise. Perhaps we could use the
examples given in the Bug City source book, or come up with our own.

II. Places
The Sprawl. Neighborhoods, streets areas, zones, etc. Where to go to get
what you want. Possibly (it is still being argued, but I'm in favor of it)
this would incude maps as well. This also needs to be cleared up on how
detailed, whether or not we want to do a block by block run down, a
"general" area with specifics left for individual GM's, or a combo. The
combo probably would work best. Make a few "sample" zones, inhabit them and
flesh them out, and then leave open space for others to work in. Also, how
serious do we want to work on the gang territories?

III. Things
The How does this all function part. Fitting the pieces into the whole.
As Bryan said, where <do> these people get their stuff? Do a run down on
why it takes a certain number of days to get those fifty kilo's of C-12 the
team wants, the whole gammit of the fixer hiring out other teams to raid the
corp wherehouse to get the goods that the team will be using. And all the
detail about the comporation and govermental involvement in the shadows and
why they allow them to exist.


Anyway, that's what I see so far. Comments and sugestions are of course
welcome... But the sooner we get a script put together, the sooner all of
us can get to writting our evil little ideas up and sending them in... *grin*

This all seems very similar to NERPS: Foundations. Perhaps we
should call it UnderFoundations? *grin*

Actually I would like it to be different from Foundations... Not so much
actual descriptions of people, places, or organizations, but more about
their hows and whys.
