BASE64 is related to uuencoding. MIME compatible mailers (such as Pine)
detect 8th bit control caharacter and encode it so that 7-bit machines
can much on it and not puke. As I said, mine detected it and decoded it
invisibly, so I had no idea.

As far as I understand, it works now.
