<Tibet> When SR first came out I kidded Paul Hume about the
Tibetans using their prayer wheels to set up a wall around their
country. As it turned out it wasn't much of a joke as that's what
happened, as for what's happening behind that wall, but their is a
story by Poul Anderson that is somewhat related.

P.S. According to Paul you can't ground through Quickened Spells,
I've tried to post that message a couple of times to the list
(Paul's reply to that question), but for some reason the messages
never make it, hopefully this message does).
