(submission registration guidelines)

In an effort to make catalogging all of the submissions for the TOSA
project easier, I am going to attempt to keep a 'registration database'.
This is simply an archive of short files that provide an overview of each
of the submissions, so that when it comes time to determine what is or
isn't suitable for the project, everyone can make a decision if need be
based only on the shorter overview, and not be forced to read the lengthy

To maintain conformity, the registration has several fields that need to
be filled out. An example form is provided and when you submit your form,
you shoudl use a format that is similiar.

DESCRIPTION: The pixie is a small, 3-foot tall winged person. This
file lists the racial characteristics (stats) ad well as
providing a brief overview in the 'scientific' format used in
the SR books.


Submission = Simply a title for your document. If it is a spell, label
it as such. Totems, races, fluff, etc shoudl also be properly

Designer = Your REAL name. A submission CANNOT be accepted without an

Description = A simple overview of your submissions. It can be as short
as one word or a couple of paragraphs. The purpose of this

These messages were posted a long time ago on a mailing list far, far away. The copyright to their contents probably lies with the original authors of the individual messages, but since they were published in an electronic forum that anyone could subscribe to, and the logs were available to subscribers and most likely non-subscribers as well, it's felt that re-publishing them here is a kind of public service.
