Here's how I found the drain code I think is correct.
Target Level
Mindlink Spell +2 M Grimoire II page 128
Remove Limited Range +1 -(-1) Drain Level
Add Extended Range -1
Remove Restricted Target +1 -(-1) Drain Target

Total +2 S Drain code [(f/2)+2]S
