The Epicentre

The Epicentre is a local meet.
It is based in a block that has been partially destroyed, so only the
outer walls remains standing.
It is full of people slamming, drinking, fighting, and occasionally
doing deals.
There is always deafening music and no lighting, which along with the
crowds tends to make the place a tad claustophobic.
Sometimes there are gigs or go-gang swapmeets, but usually its just
packed with slammers looking for an evenings fun...
