Ok, I did some experiments this evening.

The postscript output, espicially if we put in scanned artwork (and two
people have already written asking to contribute artwork). Even if I
scan them at a low resolution (say 150 or 300 DPI), they will still
produce a very large file.

As an example, I postscriptized a 1" x 1" 600dpi greyscale image. Size
of postscripted output? 1.7 megs. I suppose if I shrunk it down to 300
dpi, perhaps what would become .9 megs.

Now, I personally don't have a problem with large files, but if we put in
more than, say, a dozen pictures, we could end up with a 10MB file.

This isn't good.

Anyone have any opinions? Should I forget the scanned images and jsut
stick with text and formatting, or shoudl I go for it?

Also, I have enough proofers now.
