Subject:	ADMIN: Doctor Doom Now Has Power

As of last night, our good friend Doom has been added as a second owner
of all four lists, following a brief tutorial by myself, and dumping
about 50 pages of manuals into his email account.

He now has the power to nuke you, (following the due process I use, of
course) as well as direct discussion in a manner similiar to mine. He
and I are both equally fearsome, so obey him as awfully as you obey me :-)

I guess, in other words, if he says something, it carries as much weight
as if I said it, don't wait for me render a virdict. The goal here is to
ease my duties a little bit.
