I have to agree with several previous posters concerning this "no
assensing" comment about "the Sandman". Why the hell shouldn't the
description say something like this? We are roleplayers; we are not,
or shouldn't be, slavish adherents to rules. What is important is
what is fun, not some misguided worship of the SR2 rules. One of
the beauteous and wonderful things about being a GM is that we can
do whatever the bloody hell we like. It doesn't have to make sense.
This is a game, for God's sake, it's fiction, we can alter the fiction
however we like. If we couldn't, it wouldn't be worth playing.
Can you say G-A-M-E ?
