I really disagree. Just because only five mega-megacorps are popularly
mentioned in SR, doesn't mean that all there is. If you ever looked
at the Fortune 500 (or even 100) you know that even at the very pinannacle
of Corp power and wealth there are at least two dozen corps jockeying
for the #1 spot (currently its mostly between GM, Toyota, IBM, Citicorp,
Mitsubishi). Thats why I think that adding a few more megacorps would
not hurt -- perhaps we should have a rigorous screening process, but I
would not close this category entirely.
