After many hours of pouring over the single application I received for
this position, Mark Mohan <MCM@***.BRIGHTON.AC.UK> has been chosen as the
new NERPS project leader.

His job it to get all of you to work. :-)

I'll be continuing to act in the part of editor and Doom and I will be
the list administrators. Mark essentially will try to organize
everything and keep people interested and working.
