My idea as to how to direct the ball that is already rolling is as
follows:

First: Decide on a creation chart (One or All?)
Next: Decide format (Adventure/Sourcebook or just Sourcebook?)
Lastly: Follow FL's Outline and discuss each topic in turn instead
of discussing them all at the same time. Once an agreement
has been made upon the topic move to the next.

i.e. I. Introduction

should post them, allow them to be criticized,
edit them and then either have them voted on or
EXCTEPT THEM ALL! `-) )
B. Famous Psis (Submit your list of famous psis and
and your reasoning behind why they were/ are
psi. Allow the list to ponder/disect your
candidate/reasoningand thenvote on the best
group that we wish to place in this book.

So on and so forth. I believe this will get thing going smoothly again
and that FL should set the times and dates when submissions for the
stories should start to be posted and then go from there.
