my breath. i think it should be just a sourcebook

A) That outline is sadly lacking in detail and I wanted people to
fill in that detail
B) If we go through each point one at a time, it will take several
years to complete.

Ergo:
My concept was to assign portions of the outline to different
people, with them expected to submit rather quickly, so that we can keep
things moving.
